2027: a new chapter to write together

In April 1997, WiLDAF established its subregional office for West Africa. In 2027, we will celebrate thirty years of this regional presence working for the rights of women and girls.

A celebration to build together

This portal is the meeting point for the anniversary. It will bring together announcements, confirmed activities and stories from the people who bring the network to life. The programme, dates and participation details will be published as they are approved.

Your contribution matters

Would you like to suggest an activity, discuss a partnership or share a story? The “Get involved” section lets you contact the team so each proposal can be considered as the celebration takes shape.

Before, during and after the anniversary

Beyond announcements, this space is intended to preserve highlights, resources and stories from the celebration: a shared memory to pass on to the generations who will continue this commitment.
